b-fast of champions?


so it may not be the breakfast of champions, but it is great, easy, fast and delicious! ;)


quaker instant grits (i bought mine at target, but prob have at most safeways, etc)


bacon bits


…the instant grits can be made with milk or water-so i did 1/2 and 1/2 (1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup almond milk) heat for 1 min. while it’s heating up, use herb scissors to cut small chunks of chives (use about 3 or 4). once heated, stir, throw in the sliced chives, add fresh grated parm & a handful of bacon bits. stir and eat! DELICOUS! perfect to snip your chives & grate your parm before work, throw in a ziploc w/ your bacon bits & take to work for an easy and yummy AM snack!
